3D Max Texturing

Here we have my batman model. It is a pre-made robot model made in 3D Max - using bitmaps and jpeg images to use as the actual texture on the robot model.

Here i am attaching textures to my Standard Primitives in this case i made two houses. I created a plane and added boxes where I then extruded and re-shaped to form a model of a house. I then used the Material Editor on 3D Max to attach all kinds of materials, colours and textures. My "plane" i used a texture called "perlin marble" which has an alien like look which i thought looked quite different. I used the colour green to give it a natural grassy style. For the houses i just added "gradients" to give the 3D objects some kind of lighting effect, although I am able to add spotlights i refused to in this case. By using the basic perimiters i could use the "diffuse tool" and "specular tool" to change the shading and gradients as well as the colours.
